On November 27, 1973, Sum Lmiet a captain the second Bureau Kampot sub war-region interrogated Pen Yeng a Khmer Communist in Svay Tong village, Kampong Trach district, Kampot province. He confessed that on November 22, 1973, he had joined the National authurity in Kampot sub war-region, bringing a long one C.K.C gun and two cartrideges.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ អនុសេនីយ៍ឯក ស៊ុំ ល្មៀត ធ្វើការនៅការិយាល័យទី២ ផ្នែកសឹករងកំពតបានសួរចម្លើយឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន យ៉េង ដែលជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដនៅភូមិស្វាយទង ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រាច ខេត្ដកំពត។ ជននេះបានចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅផ្នែកសឹករងកំពត។ ហើយបាននាំ យកមកនូវសេកាសេស្វ័យប្រវតិ្ដ១ដើម និងបង់ពីរ។
