On May 29, 1974, 20 years old, Khmer Nation, Chen Sophon alias Toem Vun, defected to the National Army at VT 475-633, in Tomnup Ambel. Because he difficult living under the Communist regime.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ជិន សូផុន ហៅ ទឹម វុន អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ ជាជនជាតិខ្មែរ បានសុំមកចុះចូលជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិ នៅទំនប់អំបិល វ៉េតេ ៤៧៥-៦៣៣ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយទ្រាំទ្រនឹងការពិបាករបស់លទិ្ធកុម្មុយនិស្ដពុំបាន។
