On November 28, 1973, 3 Yuon Viet Cong soldiers departed from Deu Ronat village at UV 720- 260, in Sangkat Kampong San long toward Koh Khsach village at UV 668-057, in the order to hold meeting with the Khmer Rouge regarding the confiscation of weapon from all the Khmer Communist in Region 2.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានយួនយៀកកុង៣នាក់ បាន ចេញពីភូមិដឺរណាត អ៊ុយវ៉េ ៧២០-២៦០ សង្កាត់កំពង់សន្លង ឆ្ពោះ មកភូមិកោះខ្សាច់ អ៊ុយវ៉េ ៦៦៨-០៥៧ ដើម្បីមកកោះប្រជុំពួកមេ ខ្មែរក្រហម ពីបញ្ហាដកអាវុធពីខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដទាំងអស់នៅតំបន់២។
