The report on the confession of prisoner Lay Kiet was sent to the party. Lay Kiet confessed that he held a secret meeting with Kea and Orn, working at youth unit of Trapeang Thom Khang Cheung sub-district at the night. Indirectly, they constantly criticized the revolution and provoked turmoil.
