The source reported that on December 18, 1973, a most soldier of Viet Cong soldiers and Khmer Communist arrived and deployed two 85 mm aritlleries in Nak Ta Kampong, at WT 075-673, in Kien Svay district Kandal province. The source added that they attempted to fire shells at National Army position in Koki district and Dei Ed high school.
