On December 1973, Khmer Communist gathered villager to repair the National Road from Sa Ang district office to Koh Thom district office, then transport gun powder in Ta Noeng village at WT 067-294, to hide in Sa Ang district office at WT 014- 553. The sources reported that most the Khmer Communist in Battalions, Region 25, under the commander of Norng Suon had came to deploy at WT 035 -658, in set Ta Bo village, and Toek Vel village at WT 970- 664.
កាលពីខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មាំងកុម្មុយនីស្ដ បានកេណ្ឌប្រជាជនជាច្រើនឱ្យមកជួសជុលផ្លូវថ្នល់ ចាប់ពីសាលាស្រុកសា្អង រហូតដល់សាលាស្រុកកោះធំ ដើម្បីធ្វើការដឹកជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់រំសេវម្ខាងភូមិ តាណឹង ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៦៧-២៩៤ យកមកលាក់ទុកនៅសាលាស្រុកស្អាង ឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០១៤-៥៥៣។ ប្រភពដែលបានរាយការណ៍បន្ដទៀតថា មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដ១០កងវរសេនាតូចក្នុងតំបន់២៥ ក្រោមបញ្ជា ឈ្មោះ នង សួន បានចូលមកភូមិសិក្បូ ឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០៣៥-៦៥៨, ០២០-៦៤១, ភូមិទឹកវិល ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៩៧០-៦៦៤ ។
