The source reported that December 20, 1973, Chom Chin alias Acha Leak, as a chief of the propaganda commitee in district 113, assigned Siek Thoeun, as a commander of a raiding unit in Khav village at UU 163-946, all chief of cadre in the summon district to meeting in Banteay Chas, Sangkat Thnam, Mong district in Battambang province, in the meeting they discussed on the recruit soldier of mobile armed forces in Unit 7.
