Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
There was a full-member meeting of division committee 801 in September 2, 1976 which involved the discussion between the all departments of general staff and comrade 89 and 81. Comrade 89 offered some recommendations such as the responsibility to defense the territory of Ratanakiri and Stung Treng related to Vietnam and Laos. There would be continual disputes between Cambodia and Vietnam, because of different line. Vietnam ideology gradually and strongly supported the Soviet Union, but Cambodia became more independent.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការកងពល ៨០១ ពេញអង្គក្រោមការពិភាក្សាគ្នារវាងសេនាធិការគ្រប់ផ្នែកជាមួយ សមមិត្ដ៨៩ និងសមមិត្ដ៨១។ ស.ម ៨៩ បានផ្ដល់មតិលើភារកិច្ច ការពារប្រទេសនៅរតនៈគិរី និងស្ទឹងត្រែងទាក់ទងវៀតណាម និងលាវ។ វៀតណាម ជាមួយខ្មែរមានទំនាស់តទៅទៀតព្រោះដើរមាគា៌ខុស។ វៀតណាម តាមសូវៀតកាន់តែខ្លាំង ឯខ្មែរឯករាជម្ចាស់ការកាន់តែ ខ្លាំង។
