Second all-South Vietnam economic and financial conference: Recently convened by the Ministry of Economic and Finence and the all-south Vietnam. Economic and Finacial Conference reviewed the progress of the South Vietnam armed forces and people on the economic finacial front in the past year since the first conference, especailly in the last few months since the eruption of the current wave of the offensive and apraisings, summed up experience, made an indepth analysis of the US-Saigon basic schemes in economy and finence, and decided on the economic financial tasks for the coming period to give a push to the national resistance effort.
