Comrade Chhon, sent a telegram to department 870 reporting the situation in border region 23 in which an enemy had dropped a walkie-talkie in Samrong Thmei village, tuol Sdei village, Chantrea district. When it was first found, it still had sound, but few minites later, it was interrupted by cow-boys who came and cut off the wire. Before it was droped, they heard the explosions along border after that they heard the sound of plane, but they could not see it. For conclusion, they thought it was the walkie-talkie of us imperialist.
ស.ម ឆុន ផ្ញើទូរលេខឱ្យមន្ទីរ ៨៧០ រាយការណ៍ពីសភាពការណ៍នៅ ព្រំដែនតំបន់ ២៣ ខ្មាំងបានទម្លាក់វិទ្យុថតសមេ្លងមួយគ្រឿងមកលើ ភូមិសំរោងថ្មី ទួលស្ដី ស្រុកចន្ទ្រា។ ពេលធ្លាក់មកដល់ដីនៅលើសូរ សមេ្លងឥតដាច់ តែពេលនោះកេ្មងឃ្វាលគោក៏រត់ទៅរើសមកផ្ដាច់ ខ្សែភ្លើងរបូតលែងឮសូរសមេ្លង។ មុនពេលធ្លាក់វិទ្យុនេះមានឮសូរ សមេ្លងកាំភ្លើងផ្ទុះ នៅតាមព្រំដែនបន្ទាប់មកឮសូរសមេ្លងយន្ដហោះតែ មិនឃើញរូបរាងទេ តាមការសន្និដ្ឋានវិទ្យុនេះជារបស់ចក្រពត្ដិ អាមេរិក។
