In September 16, 1976, there was a meeting between comrade Tal and Division 290 and 270 in which they focussed on enemy issues in the division. Comrade 89 asked for a report from Region 24 to enable Tal to be confident to administrate the Division 290. The reason was that a certain members of Region 24 had been allege by Chakkrei after being questioned. Now we had captured Chhouk, secretary of the region and his comrades. We had to supervise Division 290, Stung Slaut line and line 24. The wanted names were Chum Chann, Khieu Ma, Chum and Yuos Yorn. Comrade Duch needed 29 names in Division 170 as well as the wife and niece of Chakkrei. When we arrested those people, we had to do no harm or tumultuous situation to the unit. The unit had to have enough forces, control the warehouse in order to avoid being captured by the enemy. The Division 290 and district 21 had to cooperate to capture the truck place. For division 170, we had to discuss for a tangible and reasonable action to arrest the 40 people who were wanted, except the two women who will be considered further.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំមួយរវាងស.ម តាល់ និងកងពលលេខ ២៩០ និង ២៧០ ស្ដីពីបញ្ហាខ្មាំងក្នុងអង្គភាព។ ស.ម ៨៩ ស្នើឱ្យរាយការណ៍ពីតំបន់ ២៤ ដើម្បីឱ្យស.ម តាល់ ម្ចាស់ការគ្រប់គ្រងទ័ពកងពល ២៩០ ព្រោះចក្រីវាឆ្លើយដាក់ពួក ២៤ មួយចំនួនបន្ទាប់ពីសួរចម្លើយ។ ឥឡូវឈូកលេខាតំបន់ និងបក្សពួក ត្រូវយើងចាប់ហើយ។ ត្រូវពិនិត្យកងពល ២៩០ ខ្សែស្ទឹងស្លូត និងខ្សែ ២៤។ ឈ្មោះត្រូវយកគឺ ជុំ ចាន់, ខៀវ ម៉ា, ជុំ និង យស់ យ៉ន។ ស.ម ឌុច ស្នើយកឈ្មោះ ២៩នាក់ទៀត ក្នុងកងពល ១៧០ ព្រមទាំងប្រពន្ធ និងក្មួយអាចក្រីផង។ ពេលចាប់ពួកនេះត្រូវធ្វើយ៉ាងណាកុំឱ្យអង្គភាពជ្រួលច្របល់។ កងពល ត្រូវមានមនុស្សក្នុងដៃ ក្ដាប់ឃ្លាំងអាវុធប្រយ័ត្នខ្មាំងយកបាន។ កង ពល២៩០ត្រូវស-២១ និងកងពលសហការគ្នាចាប់យកពីកន្លែងដាក់ ឡានតែម្ដង។ ឯខាងកងពល១៧០ត្រូវស-២១ និងកងពលពិគ្រោះគ្នា យកវិធានការណ៍ល្អិតជាក់ស្ដែង ដើម្បីចាប់យកពួកទាំង៤០នាក់។ ចំពោះនារី២នាក់ ចាំគិតបន្ដគ្នា។
