Saom Prum aka Prang, working in big cell, division 310, confessed that An, chief of Sandan district military unit, region 23, joined the meeting that raised about the decision of the traitorous committee. Hang was assigned to serve as a committee being responsibly for leading people to betray [the Angkar], and An was a deputy choef of committee. Then An assigned Sam Prum aka Prang to convince people and his network not to serve as a revolutionary combatant and to love Vietnamese troop.
សោម ព្រំ ហៅប្រាង កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អន ប្រធានយោធាស្រុកសណ្ដាន់ តំបន់ ២៣ ថា បានចូលប្រជុំស្ដីពី គណៈកម្មការក្បត់ដឹកនាំប្រជាជន និងយោធាដែលមានឈ្មោះ ហង ប្រធាន និង អន អនុប្រធាន។ អន បានចាត់តាំងវា «ប្រាង» អោយដើរឃោសនាបំផុសកូនចៅ ប្រជាជនកុំអោយធ្វើទ័ពបដិវត្ដ និងឃោសនាប្រជាជនអោយស្រឡាញ់ទ័ពយួន។
