There was a meeting on September 30, 1976. They focused on farm production, the discussion of enemy situation the statistic of short term rice and the readiness for farming ordinary rice. Moreover, they also disccused on how to prevent the rice fields from flood, the ways for harvesting, and some proposal and other issues including the preparation of salt.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំមួយស្ដីពីការងារបង្ក បង្កើនផល។ កម្មវិធីប្រជុំមានការពិភាក្សាលើសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំង ស្ថិតិ ស្រូវស្រាលការរៀបចំធ្វើស្រូវកណ្ដាលបញ្ហាទឹកលេចស្រូវមធ្យោបាយ ច្រូតកាត់បោកបែនចំណុចស្រួលលំបាកសំណូមពរ និងបញ្ហាផេ្សងៗ មានការត្រៀមអំបិល។
