On September 27, 1976 at night, there was an enemy walking across Tuol Tompoung pagoda toward national road 4. We chased him, but failed to arrest. In the morning, we saw him sleeping without any weapon. When we approached him, he put his hand into his pocket as if he had got grenade. We suspected that he had, so we escaped from that place then he ran away but was shot down. On October 1, there was a man snatching a guide letter in front of from a man named Say who worked in Ministry of Commerce. At that time, the guards did not see the scene because they only paid attention to a traffic acident.
កាលពីយប់ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកញ្ញា ១៩៧៦ មានខ្មាំងម្នាក់បានដើរ មុខវត្ដទូលទំពូង សំដៅផ្លូវលេខ៤ ភ្នំពេញពោធិចិនតុង យើងបានដេញរកពេលយប់តែរកមិនឃើញ។ លុះព្រឹកឡើងបានឃើញវាកំពុងដេក គ្មានអាវុធ ពេលចូលទៅជិត វាលូកដៃចូលក្នុងហោ)េ៉ៅ យើងស្មានតែវាបោកគ្រាប់បែកក៏រត់ ហើយវាក៏រត់ពេលនោះយើងក៏បាញ់វាស្លាប់។ ថ្ងៃទី១ តុលា នៅមុខពេទ្យចិនខ្មាំងបានមកឆក់យកសំបុត្រដើរផ្លូវរបស់អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរ ម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សាយ នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ពេលនោះអ្នកយាមមិន ចាប់អារម្មណ៍ដោយរវល់តែមើលឡានបុករនាំង ក្នុងពេលជាមួយគ្នា។
