Sao Man aka Phen, 25, was born in Kandal Koh Village, Sanda Sub-district, District 14, Region 25. Sao Man, soldier of M-21, Region 25 Commerce, joined the revolution in Sanda Sub-district Militiaman on 15 April 1970. In 1973, Man worked in cell 260, A-Th 62, Region 25 Cell. In September 1974, Man had a squabble with cadre of V-T Seang Ly [now deceased]and was then transferred to political school at Koh Khel. In January 1975, Man worked at farm office of Region 25 Commerce. In August 1975, Man fled home for 13 days. For this, Man was incarcerated in Office 15 and then in 044. Bearing in the confession of Sao Man aka Phen was the name list of traitors.
សៅ ម៉ន ហៅ ផេន អាយុ ២៥ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិកណ្ដាលកោះ ឃុំសណ្ដា ស្រុក ១៤ តំបន់ ២៥ ជាយុទ្ធជន ម-២១ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់ ២៥ បានចូលបដិវត្ដន៍នៅឈ្លបឃុំសណ្ដាថ្ងៃទី ១៥-៤-១៩៧០ ។ ១៩៧៣ នៅកង ២៦០ អនុសេនាធំ ៦២ កងតំបន់ ២៥ ដល់ខែ៩-១៩៧៤ មានទំនាស់ជាមួយកម្មាភិបាល វ-ត ស៊ាងលី «ពលីហើយ»បន្ទាប់មក មកនៅសាលានយោបាយ កោះខែល ។ ខែ១-១៩៧៥ ទៅមន្ទីរកសិដ្ឋានពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់ ២៥ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ រត់ទៅផ្ទះ ១៣ ថ្ងៃក្រោយមកជាប់នៅមន្ទីរ១៥ និងជាប់នៅ ០៤៤ ។ នៅក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាពនេះដែរមានបញ្ជីរាយ ឈ្មោះបក្សពួកក្បត់ដែលជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយខ្មាំងរបស់សៅ ម៉ន ហៅ ផេន ។
