Khoem Phlla aka Him confessed to the fact of 19 traitors including Suong, chief of traitors and of division 450. Phalla confirmed that they all took a betrayal stance through Eng, a nominator. After the party took measure against division 170 and 310, Suong set the plans for networks to put their activities on hold by reiterating that those causing the secrecy leaked would be held accountable.
ឈ្មោះខឹម ផល្លា ហៅ ហ៊ឹម បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពីពីបក្ខពួកក្បត់ចំនួន ១៩នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានមេក្បត់ឈ្មោះសួង ប្រធានកងពល ៤៥០។ ផល្លា បានបញ្ជាក់ថាអ្នកទាំងអស់នោះក្បត់ដោយសារឈ្មោះអេង ជាអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម។ ក្រោយពីបក្សមានវិធានការចំពោះកងពល១៧០ និងកងពល៣១០ សួងបានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបក្ខពួកផ្អាកធ្វើសកម្មភាព ក្បត់ បើអ្នណាធ្វើឱ្យបែកការណ៍អ្នកនោះទទួលខុសត្រូវ។
