ឈ្មោះទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីនារី ស៊ូ ស៊ីវន កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ តាមរយៈ បួយ ហាក់ហេង។ ស៊ីវន បានបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ដូចជា កន្លែងរោងចក្រធេ្មញឈើត-៤។
