Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Say Sen, worker of chak angre paper factory, entered the CIA because Say Sen himself said so in 1973. After April 17, Say Sen destroyed a paper-grinding machine and made contact with anti-revolutionary factory.
ឈ្មោះទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សយ សេន កម្មកររោងចក្រក្រដាសចាក់អង្រែ ថាៈ សយ សេន ជាសេអ៊ីអា ព្រោះសាម៉ីខ្លួននិយាយប្រាប់កាលពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា សយ សេន ធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ាស៊ីនកិនក្រដាសមួយគ្រឿង និង ទាក់ទងកម្មកររោងចក្រឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
