Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Uak Kanthel, worker of factory T-1, joined the CIA in 1971 through his uncle In Tam. Kanthel disguised himself as a worker of factory T-1 and organize CIA network to carry out a anti-revolutionary activity in April 1976.
ឈ្មោះទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឱក កន្ធែល កម្មកររោងចក្រត-១ ថាៈ កន្ធែល ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ តាមរយៈអ៊ិនតាំ ត្រូវជាពូ។ កន្ធែល បានបន្លំធ្វើជាកម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-១ និងរៀបចំខ្សែបណ្ដាញសេអ៊ីអា វាយបកលើបដិវត្ដវិញ នៅថ្ងៃ៤-១៩៧៦។
