Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Khy Say, worker of factory T-4, was a boss. Say joined the CIA in 1973. Say convinced workers of Sin Heng factory to demonstrate against the communist and colluded with his network to go against the Angkar. Say destroyed materials of factory and disrupted the machine process.
ឈ្មោះសុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះឃី សាយ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ ឃី សាយ ជាថៅកែកុងស៊ីបញ្ចាំ។ សាយ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ សាយ បានបំផុសកម្មកររោងចក្រស៊ិន ហេង ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ហើយរួមជាមួយបក្ខពួក បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងអង្គការ។ សាយ បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈក្នុងរោងចក្រ និងធ្វើឱ្យម៉ាស៊ីនរអាក់រអួល។
