Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Suos Say, previously working for Kim Chhai Hang factory, joined the CIA in 1970 with Kim Chhai Hang being an introducer, and industry director Tep Than, an acceptor. Before 17-April, Say concvinced workers to against the communist regime. After 17-April Say convinced on standard living and assignability of the Angkar.
