Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Khy Say, worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in 1973 through the Humanitarian Organization. Before April 17, Khy Say convinced workers of Sin Heng factory to stage anti-communist demonstration. After April 17, Khy Say disrupted the machinery process and broke wood furnitures.
ឈ្មោះសុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឃី សាយ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ទទួលស្គាល់ ដោយអង្គការមនុស្សធម៌។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា បំផុសកម្មកររោងចក្រ ស៊ិន ហេង ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា ធ្វើឱ្យរអាក់រអួលម៉ាស៊ីន និងធ្វើឱ្យបែកបាក់គ្រឿងឈើជាច្រើនទៀត។
