Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Chea Chann, former worker of Kim Chhai Hang factory, joined the CIA with factory boss and industry ministry director Tep Than being an introducer and acceptor. Before April 17, Chea Chann convinced workers to hate the communism regime. After April 17, Chea Chann made comment on the inadequate food.
