Sokh Siet aka Vichet, 24, chief of military company, battalion 102, was a native of Korng Chey Village, Korng Chey Sub-district, O Reang Ov District, Kampong Cham province. In 1970, Siet was a worker of rubber plantation at Chup and served as a soldier in O Reang Ov district. In 1972, Samrit assigned Siet to Region 160, Battalion 102, holding the post as a chief of company. In 1973, Phuon and Suong contacted Siet to serve the Free Khmer movement and expand forces to convince soldiers to counter the revolution and to defect from the frontline. In 1974, Phuon sent Siet to intrude into Regiment 160 to destroy weapons and provoke internal conflict. After that, Phuon dispatched Siet to infiltrate into Aviation Unit 502 to convince soldiers secretly to be poised to implement the plot in July designed to destroy warehouses, machine spare parts and Unit 502's important materials.
ឈ្មោះសុខ សៀត ហៅ វិចិត អាយុ ២៤ ឆ្នាំ ជាប្រធានយោធា អនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ១០២ កើតនៅភូមិគងជ័យ ឃុំគងជ័យ ស្រុកអូររាំង«ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ១៩៧០ សៀត ជាកម្មរចំការ កៅស៊ូជប់និងចូលធ្វើកងទ័ពស្រុកអូររាំង«។ ១៩៧២ សំរិតចាត់តាំង ឱ្យសៀតមកនៅវរសេនាធំ ១៦០ វរសេនាតូច ១០២ មាននាទី ប្រធានកងអនុសេនាធំ។ ១៩៧៣ ភួននិងសួងបានទាក់ទងសៀតឱ្យ ចូលបំរើខ្មែរសេរីដើម្បីពង្រីកកម្លាំង ចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងឱ្យយោធារត់ចោលសមរភូមិ។ ១៩៧៤ ផួនយកសៀតមក បង្កប់នៅកងវរសេនាធំ ១៦០ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញអាវុធ បង្កឱ្យមានទំនាស់ផ្ទៃក្នុង។ ក្រោយមកភួនឱ្យសៀតមកបង្កប់ នៅកង៥០២អាកាសចរធ្វើសកម្មភាព អូសទាញយុទ្ធជនដោយ សម្ងាត់ត្រៀមចាំផែនការខែ៧-១៩៧៦ កំទេចឃ្លាំង គ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន និងគ្រឿងសំខាន់ៗនៅកង៥០២។
