Sa Khan aka Chhai, worker of train unit, confessed that in December 1975, Mon, chief of train drivers, was introduced by Roeun, chief of railroad sub-district to join the White Khmer. Furthermore, Mon received plan from Roeun to destroy locomotives and to expand traitorous forces. After that, Sa Khan, Mon, and Roeun joined the meeting and received plan from a captain to build up hidden forces along railroads, to destroy the Angkar's properties, and to prepare plan to fight back [the revolution] from Thailand.
ឈ្មោះស ខន ហៅ ឆៃ កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុន ប្រធានបើកបររទេះភើ្លង បានចូលខ្មែរសនៅខែ១២ ១៩៧៥ ដោយ មានឈ្មោះ រឿន ប្រធានសង្កាត់ផ្លូវរទេះភើ្លងអប់រំ។ រឿន បាន ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យ ម៉ុន អនុវត្ដ ឱ្យបំផ្លាញក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភើ្លង កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់។ ក្រោយមកទៀតស ខន , ម៉ុន និងរឿន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីសកិ្ក ៣ ម្នាក់ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់តាម ផ្លូវរទេះភើ្លង បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈអង្គការ និងរៀបចំផែនការវាយបកពី ប្រទេសថៃ។
