From 1960 to 1961, Chheung Chuop, alias Loeun, attended Wat Ballangk, Kampong Chhnang, until 1965, when he went back to Vinh district. From 1967 to 1968, the Khmer Rouge was very active in carrying out its activities by storing weapons in the Cardamom Mountains and Samlot. Afterwards, Chheung Chuop came up with a new strategy against the path of socialism, organizing sabotage and the destruction of state hospitals and organizational supplies.
ឆឹង ជួប ហៅ លឿន នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦០ ដល់១៩៦១ រៀនវត្ត បល្លង្កកំពុងឆ្នាំរហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥បានត្រឡប់មកស្រុកវីញ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧ ដល់៦៨ចលនាខ្មែរក្រហមបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួន គឺផ្ទះអាវុធនៅនៅភ្នំក្រវ៉ាញនិង សំឡុតយ៉ាងខ្លាំងក្លា។ ក្រោយមមកទៀត ឆឺង ជួប បានយកផែនការថ្មីប្រឆាំងនិងមាគា៍៍ធ្វើសង្គមនិយមនិងកសាងកម្លាំង ធ្វើវិឆេ្ចកម្ម បំផ្លាញ់ពេទ្យរដ្ឋ និង សម្ភារៈរបស់អង្គការ។
