Chhay Cheng aka Phat didn't admit to Man's previous activities. Chhay Cheng and Man received plan from Oeun to increase treacherous forces and to collect ammunition and send them to external forces in order to destroy properties, and to plant mines in Pochentong airport in order to kill guests. The purpose of the acts was to defame the party's influence.
ឈ្មោះឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត មិនបានបញ្ជាក់អំពីសកម្មភាព ម៉ន ពីមុនមកទេ។ ខ្លួន និង ម៉ន ទៅទទួលផែនការពី អឿនឱ្យប្រមូល កម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត ប្រមូលគ្រាប់ទុកបញ្ជូនឱ្យអ្នកនៅខាងក្រៅ បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈគ្រប់មុខ យកមីនទៅដាក់នៅពោធិចិនតុងសម្លាប់ ភ្ញៀវបរទេសដើម្បីបង្ខូចឥទិ្ធពលបក្ស។
