A report about four youngsters, namely Chib Chhorn, who is a student at Tuol Svay Prey High School; Mam Soeun, who is a student from Preal, and Leang Latt and Kep Sam, who are soldiers serving in Phnom Penh, was filed with the Tram Kak district administration. The four young men had met surreptitiously near the canal in the southern part of Prey Ttuor village but were captured by the militia of the commune.
របាយការណ៍ជូនទៅអាជ្ញាធរស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ស្ដីពីយុវជនថ្មី៤នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ជីប ឆន ជាសិស្សរៀននៅវិឡាល័យទួលស្វាយព្រៃ ម៉ម សឿនជាសិស្សរៀននៅព្រាល និង លាង លាត់ និង កែប សម ទាហាននៅភ្នំពេញ។ គាត់ទាំង៤នាក់ បានលួចជួបគ្នានៅក្បែរប្រឡាយ ខាងត្បូងភូមិព្រៃត្តូរ។ តែត្រូវបានកងឈ្លបឃុំចាប់បាន យកទៅសួរចម្លើយ តែគាត់៤នាក់មិនព្រមឆ្លើយ។
