Ly Loeun confessed that regiment 20 was structured: battalion, company, squad and chief of office of regiment 20. 866 elements of regiment 20 were made. The regiment always had some of disillusionment. Many cadres adopted liberal view and were discontent with Angkar over marriage, and lazy working. A number of them fled into Thailand. Also, some fled from Thailand and joined regiment 20 and let the Thais spy for information from Cambodia. The document had structural table of regiment 20.
ឈ្មោះលុយ លឿន បានសារភាពថានៅក្នុងវរសេនាធំលេខ២០ មានការចាត់តាំងជាអង្គភាពចាប់ពីវរសេនាតូច អនុសេនាធំរហូត ដល់ពួកនិងប្រធានមន្ទីររបស់វរសេនាធំ២០។ សមាសភាពរួមនៅក្នុង វរសេនាធំ២០មានចំនួន៨៦៦នាក់។ វរសេនាធំតែងតែមានបាតុ ភាពដូចជាកម្មាភិបាលភាគច្រើនសេរីដោយថ្នាំងថ្នាក់នឺងអង្គការ មិនរកគ្រួសារឱ្យ ខ្ចិលធ្វើពលកម្ម។ មានពួកក្បត់មួយចំនួនរត់ចេញ ទៅថៃ ហើយក៍មានរត់ពីថៃមកបង្កប់នៅវរសេនាធំ២០ដែរនិងទុកឱ្យខ្មាំងសៀមចូលមកយកការណ៍នៅដីខ្មែរ។ ឯកសារនេះមានតារាង រចនាសម្ពន័្ធរបស់វរសេនាធំ២០។
