កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Lach Khorn aka Thun, Member of Big Cell, Division 290, confessed to the fact of Sut Vibol, Chief of Big Cell, Division 290. Lach Khorn and Vibol exploded a grenade in Office of Zone Logistics, wounding 2 people, damaging cloths and rices. The two shot at two village chiefs in Sangkat Prey Khnes. Later on, Sut Vibol received plans from Savoeun, Deputy Chief of Division 290, to cease expansion of Yuvakak League Party, a revolutionary force, and to disrupt the final fighting orchestrated by Angkar that issued indirect orders from battlefields and led the fighting in which many soldiers sufferedfrom and succumbed to injure.
ឈ្មោះឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ស៊ុត វិបុល ប្រធានកងធំ កងពល ២៩០ ថាៈ វា និង វិបុលបានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពបោកគ្រាប់បែកដាក់មន្ទីរភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគ ធ្វើឱ្យរបួស២នាក់ ខូចខាតខោអាវ អង្ករមួយចំនួន ហើយលួចបាញ់ ប្រធានភូមិ២នាក់ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រៃឃេ្នស។ ក្រោយមកស៊ុត វិបុល ទទួលផែនការពី សាវឿន អនុកងពល ២៩០ ឱ្យផ្អាកការពង្រីក បក្សសម្ពន្ធ័យុវកក ដែលជាកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនិងបង្អាក់ការប្រយុទ្ធផ្ដាច់ ព្រ័តរបស់អង្គការ ដោយបញ្ជារប្រយុទ្ធប្រយោលពីសមរភូមិ ដឹកនាំប្រយុទ្ធធ្វើឱ្យមានរបួស ស្លាប់យុទ្ធជនជាច្រើន។
