Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The report on the situation monitored by Purchen Tong radar. First ,one small plane flew from Vietnam to Thailand at 8 Kilometres height .it was seen 39 Kilometres South of Koh Vai and flew over the East of Koh Vai towards the east of Koh Touch Vea and disappeared over , the sea in the distance of 261 Kilo at the speed of 900Km/h. Second,a small plane flew from Thailand to Vietnam at 8.5 Km heigh. It flew to the west of Koh Tuch Vea ,towards Koh Bou lau Vai and over vietnamese sea in the distance of 250Km at the speed of 900 km/h. Third another small plane flew from Vietnam to Thailand .It was seen over Vietnamese sea. It flew to the East of Koh Var and Koh Tuch Vea and over Thai sea at the speed of 950 Km/h.
សេចកី្ដរាយការណ៍ពី សភាពការណ៍ពិនិត្យតាមរ៉ាដាពោធិ៍ចិនតុង បាន ឃើញយន្ដហោះមួយគ្រឿងធុនតូចហោះកម្ពស់៨គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ចេញពី យួនទៅសៀមឃើញនៅខាងត្បូងកោះហាវ៉ៃ ៣៩គីឡូម៉ែត្រ រួចហោះបន្ដកាត់កោះហាវៃ។ រួចបន្ដហោះទៅខាងកើតកោះតូច វាហើយបាត់នៅចំណុចសៀមចម្ងាយ ២៦១គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងល្ឃឿន ៩០០គីឡូម៉ែត្រក្នុងមួយម៉ោង។លើកទី២ៈ បានឃើញយន្ដហោះធុន តូចហោះកម្ពស់ ៨,៥គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ចេញពីសៀមទៅយួនហោះទៅខាង លិចកោះតូចវារួចបន្ដទៅខាងកើតកោះប៉ូឡូវ៉ៃកាត់សមុទ្រយួន ក្នុងចម្ងាយ ៩០០គីឡូម៉ែត្រក្នុងមួយម៉ោង។ លើកទី៣ ៈ បានឃើញ យន្ដហោះធុនតូចហោះចេញពីយួនទៅសៀម, ឃើញនៅឈូង សមុទ្រយួនរួចបន្ដទៅខាងកើតកោះហាវ៉ៃ និងខាងកើតកោះតូចវៀរ ហើយកាត់លើសមុទ្រសៀមក្នុងល្បឿន ៩៥០គីឡូម៉ែត្រក្នុង មួយម៉ោង។
