Chhoeun, secred agent under the command of Hong Yu called Hong, was exiled by goverment official to Vietname, and he said that Sovann was the one who threw plastic grenade to Us's ball playing ground near tonle Basac. Chhoeun had a Honda-90 motorcyle in red color with number 9-51110. They always gathered in a place belonged to Him Khla who was a Muslim and selled fire wood near river bank at Bou Dinh.
