As a result of the present round of fighting between Cambodia and Vietnam, some analysts are predicting there will be down fall in the present government in Phnom Penh. The Khmer Rouge army has lost large numbers of its personnels in the fighting with Vietnam. According to some reports, captured Cambodians soldiers are extremely young, suggesting that recruiting is a problem.
