On August 14, 1973 most of Khmer guerrillas build a wooden hospital with zinc roof which was 5 metres width and 8 meter long in Russey Ta mann village. On the other hand those khmer guerrillas built a military strategy training center in the South East of the hospital .
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែសីហា ឆាំ្ន១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មែរក្រហមបានសង់មនី្ទរ មួយធ្វើអំពីឈើប្រក់សង័្គសីដោយមានបណ្ដោយ៨ម៉ែត្រ នឹងទទឹង៥ ម៉ែត្រនៅក្នុងភូមិប្ញស្សីតាម៉ាន់។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតបានតាំងសង់បានមណ្ឌល ហ្វឹកហ្វឺនយុទ្ឋសាស្ដ្រមួយស្ថិតនៅខាងត្បូតខាងកើតមន្ទីរពេទ្យនេះ។
