On August 22, 1973 committee of cadre in all villages in region 2 were assigned to convoke people who were 15 years old to 30 years old in order to indoctrinate them with communist ideology. On the other hand, those enemise forced young people to join the army by making propaganda that all of them will be given new job to do ,after Phnom Penh and other provinces were taKen by our angkar communist Khmer.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២២ សីហា ឆាំ្ន១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទា្ទមបានបញ្ជាគ្រប់ គណៈកម្មាភិបាលភូមិទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់២ ប្រមូលយុវជន ដែលមានអាយុ១៥-៣០ឆាំ្ន ដើម្បីបង្រៀន មនោគម៌មវិជា្ជកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតពួកវាបានបង្ខំឱ្យយុវជន ទាំងអស់នេះចូល បំរើក្នុងកងទ័ពរបស់វាដោយមានការឃោសនាអ្នកទាំងអស់គា្ននឹងមាន ការងារធ្វើគ្រប់គា្នៗ បនា្ទប់ពីកងទ័ពវាយយកបាន ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ នឹងខេត្ដផេ្សងៗ ។
