A source reported that about 3,000 North Yuon Viet Cong Armed Forces, departed from Srang mountain to a position in Sangkat Boeng Thom, Bra Tah Lang and Phlaeng Chheah Ro Teh. These enemies attempted smash the National Army Base in Kandal Stung district, Kandal province.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា មានខ្មាំងយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងប្រហែល ៣០០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានធ្វើដំណើរចេញពីភ្នំស្រង់ មកតាំងទីជម្រកក្នុងសង្កាត់បឹងធំ, ប្រទះឡាំង, ភ្លើងឆេះរទេះ។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្មាំងទាំងនេះមានគោលបំណងនឹងវាយប្រហារ ទីតាំងការពារជាតិនៅស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង។
