ឈ្មោះ ឡុង ព្រឿង ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោពល ខេមរជាតិត ម្រួតយោធាក្នុងឋានៈជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រីតម្រួតយោធា ដោយចុះកិច្ចសន្យារយះពេល៣ឆ្នាំ គិតចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧០ នេះតទៅ។
