A group prominent Americans who recently visited refugee camps is ASIAN appealed to president carters to allow virtually all the 15000 Cambodian refugee in Thailand to come to V.S. America has a responsibility for them because of the us invasion and bombing of Cambodia, but most of Cambodia do not fit the criteria carter spectifed in his recent proposal to allow 25000 other sou theast ASIAN refugecs into U.S.
