The united states senate will not consider logistion for aid to Cambodia or Vietnam until after the Easter recoss, Senator Mike Mansfield, the majority leader, Said today. The foreign relations commette has Completed the foreign Aid Bill, which contains a proposed $82m ($34m) in arms aid for Cambodia but it is thought unlikely to pass when it gets to the floor. The State Department today belatedly placed on record the graue concer felt throughout the Administration Since it was caught off guard by the rapidty of President Thieu's with drawals in South Veinam.
