On September 27, 1973, the Saigon minister for foreign affair declared that "his government priat measure" to recover the Le Minh post, occupied then evacuated by a Saigon garrison, more than delegation to the two-party joint military commission unitaterally adjourned the session by walking out after levelling slanderous charges at the government of the DRVN and the RSVN PRG.
