U.S Reues to Rule out '' Hout Pursuit '' in Cambodia. The note did not contain any U.S promise to halt the so called '' hot pursnit '' of communist solders in to Cambodia during battle nor to cease artillery fire againt North Vietnames troops which fore across the border.
