Summary / Abstract :
|
The delegation of the republic of South Vietnam to the conference of world peace forces arrived in the Soviet Union on October 21, 1973 by and early winter morning. Immens forests and fields were covered by a thin blanked of snow streaked with yellowish leaves. Moscow with its blue sky and white snow appeared in all her slendour in the golden sun rays. She was preparing to greet the unprecedented festival of world peace forces and at the same time the 56th anniversary of the great October revolution.
