After last night's recapture of Toul Leap village by the Khmer Rouge, observers expecting the rocket attacks Phnom Penh's international a port to be intensified, western military source said that Cambodian government forces had withdrawn a little more than a mile south-east of the village The village is the key to the security of the "Rocket belt from which the insurgents launch their attacks on the airport." Observers were also predicting that the insurgents might resume firing their captured 105-mm field guns on the airport.
