Summary / Abstract :
|
We were received by vice-premier Khieu Samphan at the guest house of the provisional revolutionary government. The guest house is set of new building located on the ruins. The vestiges of war have been cleared, bomb, craters filled up, mines and barbed wire removed... But not far from the entrance, were still visible broken bricks and tile, scrap iron,barbed-wire entranglements, empty Cardridges, Carcases of tanks and lorries which testified to the fierceness of the battles that ended with the liberation of this region.
