March 23 was the glorious day of the fifth anniversary of the founding of the National United Front of Cambodia and the People's Armed Forces of National Liberation of Cambodia. Filled with revolutionary sentiments, the Chinese people extended the warmest congratulations and highest respects to the N.U.F.C., the Cambodia armed forces and Cambodian people. Chu Teh, chaiman of the standing committee of the national people's congress, and Premier Chou En-lai, sent a massage on the eve of the anniversary to Samdech Nordom Sihanouk, Head of State and N.U.F.C. Chairman, and Samdech Penn Nouth, Chairman of the political bureau of the central committee of the N.U.R.C and prime minister of the Royal Government of National Union of Cambodia, extending the warmest congratulations.
