Summary / Abstract :
|
On July 11 last, a young man in a Saigon uniform waving a yellow flage with three red tripes, fried to enter the seat of the international commission for control and supervision in Saigon. Driven back by building gate, poured patrol on his clothes already soaked with the same fuel,wrapped himself up in the flag, and stroke a match. Everything was down so quickly that nobody chould do anything about it.
