Summary / Abstract :

The storm gathering. Demonstrations have erupted in Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, Long An, Bac Lieu, Can Tho, Ben Tre, thousands of people have taken to the streets in Saigon, breaking through police cordons. After the countryside, it is now the turn of the town to act. In less than one month, in the teeth of the fascist law banning all political grouping except the so-called democratic party of the Saigon tyrant, new organizations have emerged and been active in the open; the people movement against corruption, the national reconciliation, force the committee of action for freedom of the press and publication, the people's front against famine and for national salvation, the committee for the defense of the labourers rights and the people's organization for the implementation of the Paris agreement.
