Phnom Penh January 3, (AP) communist-led rebels killed eight persons and wound 37 in a rocket on Phnom Penh last night and today, authorities reported. Eight reckets were fired into the capital. Khmer Rouge insurgents have launced a total of 29 rockets since they began a terror campaign 12 days ago. A total of 22 persons have been killed and 61 wounded, police sources reported.
