Summary / Abstract :

The Lao and Khmer peoples force all Condemn the warmongering US aggressors and warn them that the Nixon admimistration must bear full respondsibility for the consequences arising from its news acts of aggression and military adventures. As for the Thieu-Ky-Khiem Junta which has on US orders sent Saigon mercenaries into Laos, it will surely be defeated by the Lao people as it has been and is being so by the Khmer people in Cambodia.
