The Mayaguez incident and the accompany savage U.S bombing of the Cambodian mainland demonstrates that President Ford and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger haven't learned a thing from the recent imperialist debacle in Indochina. It is becoming cleaver every day that this latest espisode in the U.S tradition of gunboat diplomacy was a deliberately provoked pretext for showing the tattered U.S flag in South Asia.
